After a ten year hiatus, Scott Hill returned to creating mixes on his birthday in 2012. The return was the happy accident of apps on Scott’s iPhone serving up classic tracks from his library, in a random but complimentary sequence. Scott accepted the calling and spent his birthday at the kitchen table teasing those random tracks into a Birthday Mix. Similar mixes followed on an almost annual basis, adding into the mix new music that had caught Scott’s attention in the periods between.
